Rooms available in College Park

holliDue to one housemate getting laid off and the other housemate's dog being unhappy in the basement, two rooms are going to be available in my College Park home in August.
The house is about a mile north of campus, built 1939, with a huge backyard and ample parking. We have a deck, a really nice kitchen (the landlords renovated it before we moved in), a working fireplace, washer and dryer, radiator heat, and hardwood floors. I'm more than happy to make space for a potential housemate's furniture and books. There's a bus stop that takes you to campus and the Metro practically outside our kitchen door, and the Metro is an easy bike ride or a twenty-minute walk away.
The available rooms are:
-a large master bedroom with two closets, two sets of built-in drawers, and a shared bath. There's a portable AC unit for the room as well.
-a two-room basement suite with private bath. The washer and dryer are in this space, so we'd need access to the 'living room' area, but the bedroom is separate from that space and would be entirely private. It has a private entrance as well, and a portable AC for the rare occasions you might need it.
If you work or study at UMD, this house is pretty ideal, and there's more than enough space in either room for two people to share.
